Foundation Degree and Top-ups
A Foundation Degree equips you with up-to-date workplace knowledge, skills and experiences to further your chosen career. Lasting two years, it’s equivalent to your first two years at university and is a level 5 qualification.
Many of our students who complete a foundation degree will continue on to a one-year top-up degree in order to obtain a full Bachelor's degree!

WHY YOU SHOULD STUDY ONE:
Foundation Degrees are perfect for individuals who are unsure about university level study or may have thought that it wasn't an option for them. They are a brilliant stepping stone into higher education but also perfect for anyone looking to return to education.
Foundation Degrees are equivalent to two years of study, with the third year being completed through a Top-up degree should you wish to continue down that path.
Throughout both the Foundation Degree and Top-up, students will be supported by the same tutors, meaning you will know what to expect when making the move.
